By using Pushup Pro, you accept these terms. On iOS, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies.
1. The service
Pushup Pro counts your push-ups with the phone's camera, saves your sets and ranks you among the athletes who use it. It is published by Alpicode (EURL), France.
2. Your account
Your Pushup Pro account is also your WOD Tracker account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, give a real email address and choose a name and a picture that respect others. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. Free and Pushup Pro
The counter, your history and your own rank are free. Pushup Pro unlocks the 6-week program, the daily goal and its streak, the full ranking, challenges and reminders.
Pushup Pro is a yearly auto-renewable subscription. New subscribers get 3 days free. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe and is charged by the App Store or Google Play. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your store account settings. A WOD Pro subscription includes Pushup Pro.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their rules.
4. Your health
Pushup Pro is not a medical device. Exercise within your limits, stop if you feel pain, and see a doctor before starting if you have any doubt about your health. The automatic count can be wrong.
5. Fair play
Rankings and challenges only make sense with real sets. We may remove a score, reset a ranking or suspend an account that cheats, harasses other athletes or uses offensive names or pictures.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its characters, texts and graphics belong to Alpicode. You may not copy or redistribute them without our permission.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep Pushup Pro available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. Alpicode is not liable for injuries resulting from exercise.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. French law applies. You may close your account at any time (see Account Deletion).
